<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device which enables the mounting of a urea-water injector effectively utilizing space without largely affecting the flow of exhaust. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device comprises an upstream side casing 30 which has a cylindrical shape and accommodates a particulate filter 38, an exhaust flow outlet 58 which is formed in a side wall part 56 situated on the downstream side from the particulate filter 38 of the upstream side casing 30 and which discharges the exhaust passing through the particulate filter 38, a recess 60 formed in the side wall part 56 in a position facing the exhaust flow outlet 58, a urea-water injector 44 which is mounted in the recess 60 to supply urea-water in the exhaust flowing from the particulate filter 38 to the exhaust flow outlet 58, and a downstream side casing 34 which accommodates an ammonia selective reduction-type NOx catalyst 40 so that the exhaust discharged through the exhaust flow outlet 58 flows in the ammonia selective reduction-type NOx catalyst 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
