<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet for use in a wiring circuit board, which has excellent adhesion and very low in total outgas generation amount and diffusion amount of toluene, to provide a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet for use in the wiring circuit board, which can exert excellent anti-repulsion property even when passed through a high temperature step, to provide a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet for use in the wiring circuit board, which can suppress or prevent self-adhesion of sections each other after cutting processing and is excellent in micro-processing property, and to provide wiring circuit boards using the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet for use in the wiring circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet for use in the wiring circuit board is a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet, which includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed by a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer as a main component, and has an amount of total outgas of 250μg/g or less and a diffusion amount of toluene of 10μg/g or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
