PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an Internet access environment by lessening the communication load utilizing a public wireless communication network when a wireless communication terminal utilizes a mobile wireless communication apparatus which accesses the Internet by utilizing the public wireless communication network. SOLUTION: The mobile wireless communication apparatus 3 includes a wireless LAN access point 31 performing wireless communications with a wireless communication terminal, a mobile terminal 32 performing wireless communications with a public wireless communication network, a first cache server 36 for storing a Web page accessed through the mobile terminal 32, and a control section 33 for searching a Web page which matches an access request among the Web pages of the first cache server 36 when there is an access request to the Internet from the wireless communication terminal, and performing transmission control of the Web page to the wireless communication terminal through the wireless LAN access point 31 when a matching Web page is searched.
