PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump which functions to deliver and suck oil. SOLUTION: The pump comprises a cylinder body 1 having an oil storage space 11, a top cover 2 covering the cylinder body 1, and a control part installed on the top cover 2. When sucking oil, it generates sucking force by exhausting air from the oil storage space 11 through a second exhaust hole 232 of a fourth channel 23 wherein the fourth channel 23 communicated with an outlet 122 of a first channel 12 via a third channel 22 communicated with the oil storage space 11 and a second channel 21 communicated with the inside of a pipe 13 is communicated with the external. When delivering the oil, it generates pressure by carrying the air through a second through-hole 222 of the third channel 22 to the oil storage space 11 wherein the external is communicated with a first suction hole 211 of the second channel 21 via the fourth channel 23 and the third channel 22.
