PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracking fire prevention sheet capable of applying tracking fire prevention measure to an existing outlet. SOLUTION: The tracking fire prevention sheet is provided with a freely flexible base sheet 2 with electrode pin through-holes 10a, 10b formed at a facing position to a pin jack of an outlet, a freely flexible grounding conductor 3 attached to the base sheet 2, and a grounding terminal part 8 formed on the grounding conductor 3. The grounding conductor 3 is provided with electrode pin surrounding mouths 12a, 12b formed to surround the electrode pin through-holes to both of those 10a, 10b, respectively, without an edge side being in contact with the electrode pin through-holes. Moreover, at least peripheries of the electrode pin surrounding mouths 12a, 12b of the grounding conductor 3 are exposed to both face sides of an outlet side and a plug side.
