PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dementia diagnosis apparatus and program capable of determining the level of the dementia. SOLUTION: This dementia diagnosis program is characterized in functioning a computer as a voice output means for outputting a question by voice for requesting a subject to answer, a display means for displaying alternatives for an answer corresponding to the question, an input means for receiving an input of either one alternative selected by the subject from the alternatives displayed on the display means, a determination means for determining true/false of the alternative input by the subject and collecting the result of true/false determinations to determine the level of the dementia, and a storage means for storing the voice data to be output by the voice output means and image data to be displayed on the display means. This dementia diagnosis program and dementia diagnosis apparatus by the computer is provided with a data input means preventing the retyping of the true alternative and inputting the data indicating that a false input occurs when the subject inputs false alternative answer to the question.
