PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet ejection mechanism of a dispensing apparatus which does not cause the phenomenon of pulling in the next PTP tablet sheet to a chucking device when chucking the first PTP tablet sheet at the lowest position inside a tablet cassette and ejecting it to the outside, and its method. SOLUTION: The tablet cassette 500 of the dispensing apparatus 1 is provided with a rubber sheet 546c or the like for giving prescribed gripping force to the next PTP tablet sheet 900 to an extrusion member 546 for extruding the PTP tablet sheet 900 at the bottom toward a chucking unit 400.
