The invention relates to an electric connector and a printed circuit board, wherein said connector can extend through a hole in the board in order to establish a connection between a track of the circuit and an electronic component, and comprises two tabs (3) converging in the direction of their first ends (4), at least one shoulder (6) providing a contact with a surface of the board, said shoulder being connected to the tabs (3) at their second ends (5), at least one member for connection with a connection terminal of the circuit track, and a bridge (2) connecting both tabs (3) between them at the sides (12) of their second ends (5), the two tabs (3) interacting with the bridge (2) so as to be elastically spaced apart upon the insertion of a prong of the component in order to ensure the electric connection of the prong to the connector and the attachment of the connector on the board.
