A frame with a node, which consists of hollow nodes (1), open to their one side, to which cylindrical bars (2) are connected, the bars having at both ends welded conical terminals (3) with internal thread (4), to which bolts (5) are screwed through holes (6) on the wall of the node, the heads (7) of the bolts abutting the inner surface of the node (1), the inner surface being slightly larger than a hemisphere. An advantage of the invention is that due to the configuration of the node (1), the heads (13) of the bolts (5) abut better on the node (1), while the node (1) and the bars (2) may be galvanized, and also the construction cost is low, since the assembly rate is higher because a gas-actuated key may be used to tighten the bolts. The frame may be used as a bearing element in the construction of a heliostat (24), in order to reinforce the endurance and to increase the rigidity of its surface. |
