Bedding adapted to allow temperature controlled air to circulate in the bedding, in which discharge air is generated by a temperature adjustment unit and introduced into an air flow path provided around a bedding body to cool or warm the body of a person inside the bedding body, in which the temperature of the discharged air is controlled to create a comfortable sleep environment independent of the temperature of an outside environment, which is compact in size, which contributes to suppression of discharge of carbon dioxide gas etc., and which consumes less electric energy. The bedding has the temperature adjustment unit (2) for controlling the temperature of discharge air by cooling or heating operation, and also has the bedding body (3) having the air flow path (27) which is provided around the bedding body and introduces the discharge air from the temperature adjustment unit and circulating the air to cool or warm the inside of the bedding. The temperature of the air circulating in the bedding is detected and the temperature is controlled by the temperature adjustment unit.
