The system (1) has a controlled coupling element (6) e.g. lever, and coupling bodies (2, 4) that are connected and/or disconnected to consecutively perform two processes having different functions, at different time periods. The bodies are manually connected with each other without auxiliary power, to initially perform a coupling process and subsequently perform a locking process. The bodies are disconnected to initially perform an unlocking process and subsequently perform a decoupling process. An auxiliary force continuously acts along a defined path, during the disconnection of the bodies.
