PACKAGING BAG MATERIAL AND PACKAGE WITH CARRYING HANDLE PART UTILIZING THE SAME

A packaging bag material for constructing a package with carrying handle part that allows roll winding and backwinding for continuous supply. A tape (3) for carrying handle is inserted at a constant pitch in the longitudinal midstream of a tubular base material (5) across the base material. Both end portions of the tape (3) are fusion bonded to surface and backside sheets (1,2) by providing second heat seal areas (6,6). The superior edge side of the bag material is sealed by providing a third heat seal area (8). The base material (5) at a predetermined location along the opposite side edge of the tape (3) for carrying handle is cut off in the longitudinal direction thereof. After packing the bag with a matter to be packed and opening sealing, at a nonseal area (7), the tape (3) for carrying handle is pulled outside from the interspace of the sheets (1,2) to thereby form a carrying handle part.
