Bone regeneration-related cells are captured using a cell separator (1). Using a collection syringe (5), a washing liquor is injected into the cell separator (1) so that the bone regeneration-related cells are flown out from the cell separator (1). The bone regeneration-related cells flown out from the cell separator (1) are collected into a mixing container (6). In this mixing container (6), the bone regeneration-related cells are mixed with a support. Owing to this, the separation of bone regeneration-related cells from the bone regeneration-related cell-containing sample participating in bone regeneration and the mixing of the bone regeneration-related cells with the support are conducted as a series of operations in a closed system. Thus, an instrument for producing a bone regeneration composition, whereby a bone regeneration composition can be conveniently and quickly produced in a closed system without conducting culture procedures, a method of producing a bone regeneration composition, a bone regeneration composition and a bone regeneration method are provided.
