<p>A circular saw cutting device in which discharge of surface exfoliation chips is promoted to prevent fracture of cutting teeth, suppressing deterioration in the lifetime of a circular saw. The circular saw cutting device (20) has a support surface (22a) for a beam (22) which defines an upper reference surface in workpiece cutting region. The beam (22) is provided with a saw tooth receiving member (24) in which a slit (28) for permitting the entry of the outer peripheral part of the circular saw (C) is formed. Further, an upper space (30) extending upward from the outer peripheral part of the circular saw (C) is defined so as to communicate with the upper portion of the slit (28). Further, a side space (32) is provided in the workpiece cutting region, on the front side in the rotational direction of the outer peripheral part of the circular saw (C). The side space (32) communicates with one end of the slit (28) and with upper space (30) and discharges surface exfoliation chips (d) of workpieces (W, W) to the outside.</p> |
