Disclosed is an isolated antibody which binds to human tissue factor encoded by an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2, wherein said antibody does not inhibit tissue factor mediated blood coagulation compared to a normal plasma control and causes an increase in percent cytotoxicity of tissue factor positive cells compared to negative control antibody.
