An HSDPA modem and a data providing method equipping a share unit capable of sharing a communication channel are provided to perform communication with communication network by a high speed downlink packet access method. A wireless communication part(220) sends and receives data according to a high speed downlink packet access mode through one communications channel allocated by the control of the modem control part. A wireless sharing part(230) transmits and receives a user terminal and data according to predetermined WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network). A mapping table(240) maps and stores terminal identification information and service access information. A modem control part(250) transmits PDP context activation corresponding to each service request signal to the respective communications network. |
