An energy storage device is provided to lengthen the service life of product by comprising a pressure outlet for ejecting the pressure of the inner structure of housing and to improve the assembly yield of product. An energy storage device comprises a positive electrode and a negative electrode; positive electrode lead wire and negative electrode lead wire; a separation film separating the positive electrode and negative electrode; a housing(50) accommodating the positive electrode, negative electrode, and separation film; electrolyte stored in the housing; a positive electrode terminal(62) and a negative electrode terminal(64); and a pressure outlet(70) for ejecting the pressure within the housing.
