METHOD FOR THE SYNTHESIS OF NUCLEIC ACID BY USING FRAGMENTED NUCLEIC ACIDS AND N-PRIMER

A method for synthesizing nucleic acid using fragmented nucleic acids and N-primer is provided to avoid replication by synthesizing cDNA or complementary strand of the nucleic acid in all sites, thereby securing all cDNA or base sequence of the complementary nucleic acid derived from mRNA. A synthesis method for nucleic acid comprises the following steps of: fragmenting RNA through sonication; synthesizing a first strand of complementary DNA by annealing N-primer in the fragmented RNA; and adding a DNA polymerase to the synthesized first strand of complementary DNA to synthesize a second strand of cDNA. A kit for nucleic acid synthesis includes the N-primer and other reagents required for the nucleic acid synthesis.
