A plastic wrap cutting device is provided to steadily cut plastic wrap in the state where the plastic warp closely adheres to a pressing piece of rail. A plastic wrap cutting device(1) comprises: a rail(10) installed in the case exterior wall of the plastic wrap in the width direction; and a slider(20) having a cutter blade(21) in the left-right both sides. If the slider is transferred to the width direction along a transfer groove(11) of rail, the cutter blade cuts the plastic warp in the width direction.
