A soundproof panel is provided to improve soundproof and sound absorption effect and simplify manufacture and have light weight and reduce manufacturing cost and facilitate installation and maintenance. A soundproof panel comprises: first, second and third closing parts(10,20,30) blocking noise; first and second openings(40,50) absorbing the noise; first and second sound absorption space parts(60,70) forming circulation spaces for circulating the noise flowed through the first and second openings; a reinforcement(80) for maintaining the rigidity of the soundproof panel and decreasing whole weight; a rear-side part forming the rearward corresponding to the front of the soundproof panel; a first engaging part(100) formed in the lower surface of the soundproof panel; and a second engaging part(110) formed in the upper part of the soundproof panel and coupled in the first engaging part to be disassembled.
