APPARATUS FOR REMOVING CARBON MONOXIDE AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING HYDROGEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing carbon monoxide capable of producing highly pure hydrogen in which carbon monoxide is thoroughly removed, and an apparatus for producing hydrogen provided with the same.

SOLUTION: The apparatus 22 for removing carbon monoxide contained in a reformed gas rich in hydrogen comprises: a shift part 23 reducing carbon monoxide contained in the reformed gas by a water-shift reaction; a chamber 52 mixing the reformed gas from the shift part 23 with air; a water stream path 27 for reforming as a cooling part which cools a mixed gas from the chamber 52 by contacting with a mixed gas flow path 26; and a selective oxidation part 25 selectively oxidizing carbon monoxide in the mixed gas cooled by the cooling part.
