<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological sample analyzer for optimizing an air circulation within a temperature control unit, and quickly achieving a preset temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The biological sample analyzer includes a rotating/driving section for rotatably supporting a biological sample plate for analyzing a biological sample, a housing formed so as to have one opened end and enclose the periphery of the biological sample plate, and the temperature control unit attached to the housing and transferring temperature-controlled air to the housing.
