<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the screwing work of a screw for connecting the wall side of the cover of a counter to a bracket attached to a wall surface. <P>SOLUTION: The bracket 6 attached to the wall surface W is overhung to the front, a counter body 3 is connected to the bracket 7, the wall side bonding part of the cover 4 arranged below the counter body 3 is connected to the wall side attaching part of the bracket 6 by an attaching implement 8, an attaching piece 6f-1 inclined upwards toward the front side is formed at the wall side attaching part of the bracket 6, and also a bonding piece 4f-1 inclined downwards toward the wall side is formed at the wall side bonding part of the cover 5.
