<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-member connection structure of a work machine capable of holding an outer member and an inner member rotatably relative to each other without the use of a stopper for restricting the turning of a flange and a connection pin. <P>SOLUTION: This two-member connection structure comprises a boom 4 mounted to a hydraulic excavator, an arm 5 placed at the inner side of the boom 4, an outer bushing 6 and an inner bushing 7 press-fitted into pin holes 4a, 5a of the boom 4 and the arm 5, respectively, a connection pin 8 inserted in a hole 6a of the outer bushing 6 and a hole 7a of the inner bushing 7 and connecting the two members which are the boom 4 and the arm 5 so that the two members can turn relative to each other, and flanges 9 installed integrally with both ends of the connection pin 8 and preventing the fall-out of the pin. The connection pin 8 is installed so as to be turnable relative to both the outer bushing 6 and the inner bushing 7, and the flanges 9 are installed so as to be slidable relative to the outer end surface 6b of the outer bushing 6 without causing a whirl stop of the flanges relative to the boom 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
