<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-construction concentrator which recovers acid from the vapor containing the acid as a valued material. <P>SOLUTION: This concentrator recovers the acid by concentrating the vapor containing the acid and is equipped with a horizontal pipe-type evaporator 51 including an evaporation can 11 for storing a treated liquid 60 and a heat transfer device 14 for thermally evaporating the treated liquid 60. The horizontal pipe-type evaporator 51 introduces the vapor containing the acid as a heating medium into the heat transfer device 14 and guides a condensate of the vapor generated by heat exchange with the treated liquid 60 into the evaporation can 11 as the treated liquid 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
