<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device enabling the safe setup and change of a tool without lowering the operation rate of a production line. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing device comprises: a safe wall 60 which limits the approach into a machining area in which a plurality of machining installations 40a-40i are placed and which has openable access doors 70a-70i of the respective machining installations 40a-40 installed for the respective machining installations; a workpiece holding tool 10 movable in the machining area and capable of conveying a workpiece 200 between the machining installations 40a-40i; partition walls 801, 802 for limiting the movement of the workpiece holding tool 10; and a control device 90 for limiting the movement of the workpiece holding tool 10 in the machining area while enabling the movement of the workpiece holding tool 10 in the areas out of the machining area for the machining installations 40a-40i corresponding to the openable access doors 70a-70i by driving the partition walls 801, 802. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
