PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a column structure and a vehicle body strength member body with superior space efficiency while eliminating the interference mainly between the column structure and the vehicle body strength member body. SOLUTION: A cutting part 31 of the required width is formed at a part corresponding to a driver's seat of a vehicle body strength member body 23 extending to the vehicle width direction 21, a column structure 32 is installed on the cutting part 31, and both ends of the column structure 32 are connected to fixed parts 33 provided on both ends of the cutting part 31 of the vehicle body strength member body 23.
