PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit for speaker which suppresses a signal interference between channels by using a 3-line output amplifier and has an advantage to downsizing, and a switching amplifier using the drive unit for speaker. SOLUTION: The drive unit for speaker has a load L1 having terminals 46 and 47, an amplifier 10 having a terminal 140 connected to the terminal 46 of the load L1, a load L2 having terminals 48 and 49, an amplifier 30 having a terminal 340 connected to the terminal 48 of the load L2, an amplifier 20 having a terminal 240 connected to the terminal 47 of the load L1 and the terminal 49 of the load L2, transistors 101 and 102 connected between the terminal 140 and the terminal 240, and transistors 103 and 104 connected between the terminal 240 and the terminal 340. The amplifiers 10 and 20 and the transistors 101 and 102 compose a first bridge amplifier, and the amplifiers 30 and 20 and transistors 103 and 104 compose a second bridge amplifier.
