PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board assembly and a plasma display apparatus including the same. SOLUTION: The plasma display apparatus includes: a plasma display panel 10; a chassis base 20 that supports the plasma display panel 10; a circuit board 40 that is electrically connected to the plasma display panel 10, is disposed on the chassis base 20, and supplies driving signals to the plasma display panel 10; circuit elements 50 that are disposed on the circuit board 40 and generate the driving signals; a heat sink 60 that contacts the circuit elements 50 to dissipate heat generated by the circuit elements 50 to the outside; and a plurality of grounding portions 70 that are spaced apart from one another, are between the heat sink 60 and the circuit elements 50, and ground the heat sink 60 by electrically connecting the heat sink 60 to the circuit board 40.
