PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hall guide device of an elevator guiding a visually-impaired person by projecting textured paving blocks in a direction from an optional position at which the visually-impaired person is present to a hall button or a hall doorway. SOLUTION: This hall guide device of an elevator is provided with: a movable textured paving block group flush with a hall floor surface; an IC chip sensing sensor outputting a signal when detecting the proximity of a stick with an IC chip incorporated therein which is carried by a visually-impaired person; a directional speaker and a microphone used for inquiring the use of the elevator from the visually-impaired person, and receiving a reply; and a control device projecting a part of the movable textured paving block group guiding the visually-impaired person from a position of the visually-impaired person toward the hall button in receiving a use reply of the elevator when the IC chip sensing sensor outputs a detection signal, restoring the part of the movable textured paving block group to an original state when the visually-impaired person operates the hall button, and projecting a part of the movable textured paving block group guiding the visually-impaired person from the hall button toward the hall doorway.
