PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance quality of a fork lift even if a connecting connector is exposed to the outside. SOLUTION: In a floor space 17 in a front-side lower part of a driver seat 13, the connecting connector 27 for connecting a battery 14 to a power feed object (a travel motor 20 and a vehicle control device 21) is exposed and arranged at the right side of a vehicle body 11 along the front surface of the front wall 15a of a battery case 15. At the right-side front end of a hood body 16a of the battery hood 16, a handle 31 for hood opening/closing operations is arranged by being superposed on the connecting connector 27 at the upper side of the connecting connector 27.
