PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release lock without pulling a lock release belt or the like with strong force. SOLUTION: A lock mechanism of this on-vehicle crane device is provided with a lock striker 33 arranged on a post side; a hook 23 arranged on an arm side, and abutting on and engaging with the lock striker 33 when the arm is rotated to a storage position; an energization member 23b energizing the hook 23 in a disengagement direction; and a lock latch 24 fitting to a part 23z to be fitted of the hook 23 to hold the hook 23 at an engagement position. An unlock mechanism is provided with operation members 41 and 43 transmitting unlock operation force to the lock latch 24 to move the lock latch 24 in a direction for unfitting the lock latch 24 from the part 23z to be fitted of the hook 23; and movement restriction parts 43m and 29t restricting the movement range of the operation members 41 and 43.
