PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis device capable of accurately taking out a specified amount of a solid component in a sample and transferring it to an analysis step. SOLUTION: The analysis device includes: a separation cavity 18 for separating a sample liquid into a solution component and the solid component by using a centrifugal force; a weighing channel 23 for holding a portion of the solid component which has been separated and then transferred; an overflow channel 22 provided between the weighing channel 23 and the separation cavity 18, and connected to a coupling channel 21 for transporting the sample liquid from the separation cavity 18; and a capillary cavity 19 formed inside the separation cavity 18 for temporarily holding the solution component (blood plasma) separated in the separation cavity 18.
