PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel structure which has excellent strength and rigidity while achieving prevention of increase of manufacturing costs, and to provide a log house having the panel structure. SOLUTION: The panel structure is set up by assembling a plurality of rectangular-shaped panel members in parallel with each other such that side end faces abut on each other. The panel members include thin panel members and thick panel members, and the thick panel members are arranged at every one or more thin panel members. Preferably the thick panel members are arranged at every two or three thin panel members. Also preferably the ratio of thickness of the thick panel member to the thin panel member is set to 1.5 or more and 2.5 or less. Further preferably the panel members are made flush on one side of the panel structure. The log house has the plurality of panel structures as wall bodies, and it is constructed by stacking the panel members constituting the respective panel structures in a well curb shape and alternately from both sides.
