AUTOMOTIVE GLASS ANTENNA

This aims to provide an automotive glass antenna or an FM radiobroadcast wave receiving antenna, which is disposed in the marginal portion of the lower portion or the side portion of the defogger of a window glass to be mounted in the hatchback type rear door of an automobile. The automotive glass antenna comprises a first auxiliary element having at least a first auxiliary horizontal filament branched from the horizontal heating filament of the lower end or the lowest portion of the bus bars of the defogger and extended along the horizontal heating filament of the lowest portion, a second auxiliary element having at least one second auxiliary vertical filament separated from the upper end portion of each bus bar of the defogger through a leading line to the outside of the bus bar. A horizontal element, which is extended substantially horizontally from a feeding point disposed near the lower portion of the bus bar of the defogger, is capacitively coupled near the first auxiliary horizontal filament. A vertical element, which is extended from the feeding point along the outer side of the bus bar, is capacitively coupled near the bus bar.
