An organic electrolytic solution is provided to prevent the lowering of the conducting property of the lithium ion while blocking the direct contact of an anode active material and electrolyte. An organic electrolytic solution comprises a lithium salt, an organic solvent containing a high permittivity solvent and a vinyl compound indicated as the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, m and n are independently an integer of 1-10; X1, X2 and X3 independently show O, S or NR9; R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 and R9 are independently hydrogen atom, halogen atom, -OH, carboxyl group, amino group, cyano group, substituted or unsubstituted C1-20 alkyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-20 alkenyl group, and substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryl group. |
