<p>Provided is a mobile terminal device which efficiently notifies a user of events of call incoming, a timer, etc. without hindering the user in operation. More provided is an event notification method of the mobile terminal device. For this purpose, the mobile terminal device has a simple event notification mode and an event detail notification mode. The simple event notification mode, in occurrence of an event notifiable to the user of the device, notifies the user by simply displaying the summary of the event in the icon area etc. of a display part for only a predetermined period. The event detail notification mode detects a mode change by the user by use of a sensor (18) and displays the detail of the event. The user can properly and simply select the simple event notification or the event detail notification.</p> |
