A heat emitting pipe for an electric boiler is provided to facilitate assembly and disassembly of the heat emitting pipe and block a through-hole with a sealing pin by including a fixed cap supporting a stopper and a sealing pin outside the stopper. A heat emitting pipe for an electric boiler comprises: a main body(110) including inner containing space whose one side is opened; heat storage liquid charged inside the main body; a heating wire(120) which is installed inside the main body and is connected to the external power source and supplies the heat to the heat storage liquid according to the electric power supply; a stopper(150) sealing up the inside of the main body with being inserted into an opening part; a sealing pin(160) preventing the leak of the heat storage liquid charged in the main body with being inserted and united in a through-hole(151) of the stopper; and a fixed cap(170) which is combined in the stopper outer side of the main body and supports the sealing pin in order not to be separated.
