A navigation system and a VoIP service offering method using the same provide the auto guide service through the navigation by receiving the location information relating to the searched information through the remote manner. A navigation(100) provides the customized information retrieval service through consultant and voice communications to user besides the route guidance service. A wireless access point(200) is connected to the navigation through wireless network, and transmits the information requested from the user, and delivers the response to the navigation. A relaying server(300) is connected by the wireless access point and wire and wireless network A database(400) is connected by the relaying server and the internet network, and extracts and provides the request-information according to the call distribution of the relaying server.
