The transmitter may further include an encoding module adapted to encode content. The transmitter may further include a content transporter adapted to combine content streams in real-time. There is also provided a real-time content receiver (320) comprising communication module adapted to receive content from one or more sources based on a signal from a bandwidth administration module (310), the communication module further adapted to retransmit received content to one or more destination based on a signal from a bandwidth administration module (310). The receiver may further include a content transporter adapted to combine content streams in real time. The receiver may further be adapted to send one or more acknowledge messages for received content to one or more transmitters.
