A brush holder assembly is provided to connect a printed circuit board for removing an electromagnetic wave and an electrode terminal unit electrically without a welding work. A brush holder assembly(10) includes a body, a brush, an electrode terminal part(40), a printed circuit board(50) and a ground member(60). The body is made of the nonconductive material. A commutator receiving hole is formed in the center of the body. The brush is installed in the body. The brush is elastically pressurized to the commutator receiving hole by an elastic member. The electrode terminal part is electrically connected to the brush. The printed circuit board is electrically connected to the electrode terminal part. The electrode terminal part presses the printed circuit board elastically. The printed circuit board includes an electromagnetic wave removing circuit. The printed circuit board is detachably assembled in the body. The ground member electrically connects a stator and a ground terminal(53) of the printed circuit board.
