PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor which reduces costs and equivalent series inductance (ESL), and to provide a method of manufacturing the same with which the laminated ceramic capacitor can be efficiently manufactured. SOLUTION: A laminate 30 is formed by alternately laminating a first ceramic green sheet and a second ceramic green sheet, the laminate 30 is cut on a surface along a laminating direction of the first and second ceramic green sheets, and a conductive paste is applied between end faces which face each other. Thus, a non-calcinated ceramic laminate 30a is formed in which a first tabular lead-out electrode pattern 41 is formed for leading a first internal electrode pattern 11 onto at least any one surface of the laminate 30, and a second tabular lead-out electrode pattern 42 is formed for leading out a second internal electrode pattern 12 onto at least any one surface of the laminate 30, and the non-calcinated ceramic laminate 30a is then calcinated.
