PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator which holds down the manufacturing cost by decreasing the number of piezoelectric layers being laminated.

SOLUTION: The piezoelectric actuator 1 which bonds a terminal electrode 27 on the drive side and a terminal 28 for electrode of a wiring member 4 while interposing solder therebetween is constituted by laminating a plurality of piezoelectric layers each having an internal electrode, wherein surface through holes 29 are arranged substantially in one row on the uppermost piezoelectric layer 19 along the column direction and when the terminal electrode 27 on the drive side and the terminal 28 for electrode are connected, a region of an individual surface electrode 20 where excessive solder spreads along the longitudinal direction is partially made thick 37.
