<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag with a destructing function which disables reuse of the same. <P>SOLUTION: Adhesion layers 31 and 33 having variable adhesion are formed on the upper and the lower sides or one side of an inlet 25 including an antenna circuit 11 and an IC chip 15 of an IC tag 1. A variable adhesion layer b37 is attached to the upper surface of a strong adhesion layer 35 with release paper, and an inlet 25 is attached to the upper surface, and a variable adhesion layer a31 is attached to the upper surface, and an upper sheet 21 is attached to the upper surface. A variable adhesion layer 51 to be used for the variable adhesion layers a31 and b37 is a rolled sheet, and band-shaped or wavy strong adhesion section and weak adhesion section are alternately formed vertically or horizontally to the running direction of the sheet. The sheets having different shapes in strong and weak sections, and different sheet width are used for the variable adhesion sheets 51 arranged at the upper and the lower parts of the inlet 25.
