PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing floor panel capable of increasing the rigidity of an edge of a floor panel, and a sub-floor structure. SOLUTION: The reinforcing floor panel is equipped with the floor panel 4 which is formed like a flat plate, and a reinforcing material 12 which is attached to the edge of the floor panel 4. The sub-floor structure comprises the supporting leg which is installed on a floor slab, and the floor panel 4 which is supported by the supporting leg. The edge of the floor panel 4 is equipped with the reinforcing material 12, and the undersurface of the floor panel 4 is supported by the supporting leg in the state of keeping the reinforcing material 12 and the floor slab can in noncontact with each other.
