SOLUTION: A prediction system 1 of the seismic intensity of the building according to earthquake information consists of a field earthquake quick announcement server 6 which is connected to a prescribed network 5 distributing data on emergency earthquake quick announcement, a storage device 7 which is connected to the server and to which seismic intensity data on the building 8 desired to be given the earthquake information is inputted to be stored beforehand, and a display terminal 9 for warning which is provided for each desired story in each building so that it receives a warning signal transmitted from the field earthquake quick announcement server through the intermediary of the prescribed network and issues a warning. According to a program of the field earthquake quick announcement server, in this system, the seismic intensity data on each desired story in each building are taken in from a vibration characteristic database of the storage device and collated with earthquake data, and the predicted seismic intensity of each story collated with the predicted seismic intensity of a foundation part is transmitted to the display terminal for warning through the intermediary of the network.
