PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost, and to miniaturize a device, by reducing the number of parts, in the clutch operation device for turning on and off a first tension clutch and a second tension clutch in predetermined order. SOLUTION: This clutch operation device 46 respectively connects wires 45 and 47 to a single sector gear 54 rotating in response to driving of an electric motor 48, and turns on only a threshing clutch mechanism 44 while holding a mowing clutch mechanism 43 in the OFF position by the rotational movement to an intermediate position from an initial position of the sector gear 54, and turns on the mowing clutch mechanism 43 while holding the threshing clutch mechanism 44 in the ON position by the rotational movement to a tail end position from the intermediate position of the sector gear 54, and also makes the wire 47 go over a fulcrum for holding the threshing clutch mechanism 44 in the ON position.
