PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine capable of reducing primary vibration in a high speed range by making the primary vibration clearly exist in a low speed range. SOLUTION: A primary balancer 50A provided in an engine 10 is moved in a direction for separating a movable weight 52A from a balancer shaft 48R accompanied by a rise of the rotating speedω<SB>B</SB>of the balancer shaft 48R, and an inertia force F<SB>B</SB>is thereby gradually increased. At this point, since the strength of the inertia force FB of the balancer 50A is set to approach the strength of the inertia force F<SB>C</SB>of a balance weight 21, a degree of the restriction of the primary vibration in the engine 10 can be thereby gradually raised.
