Disclosed is a two-part hair dye which comprises a first preparation comprising an alkali agent, a second preparation comprising hydrogen peroxide, and an non-aerosol foamer container for discharging a mixed solution of the first preparation and the second preparation in the form of a foam, wherein the mixed solution contains an anionic surfactant selected from the components (A1) to (A3) shown below or both the components (A4) and (A5) shown below: (A1) a carboxylic acid-type anionic surfactant; (A2) a sulfonic acid-type anionic surfactant; (A3) a phosphoric acid ester-type anionic surfactant; (A4) an ionic surfactant; and (A5) a fatty acid alkanol amide.
