A method of administrating a game, such as pool betting. The method allows different players to bet on different subsets of gaming events, and to change their bets for some events even after other events have been completed. The method includes providing a data structure of several selectable objects, representing events, and for each object, providing a fixed number of selectable options, representing possible outcomes of the events. When receiving input identifying one or more events, and for each event one or more corresponding result, a data record representing an instance of said data structure is created and stored. Objects may be associated with deadlines after which no more input for the corresponding event is accepted, even if input for other events are still accepted. Upon receipt of input representing one or more determined actual results associated with one or more of the events, the stored data records may be searched and data records where the correct number of bets corresponds with some search criteria may be identified. A computer system and computer program product is also described. |
